is there anywhere to get a hammerhead ora saber thats NOT a pirate base? im getting kind of pissed trying to upgrade from a falcon and every base that has good ship is a pirate base! do i have to become illegal to get a good ship????

ive looked everywhere and i havnt found a ship capable of level 10 weapons that wasnt only available from a pirate base...gay...

You don't need to be good with them. Just Neutral. I killed some cops for a bit, then it was all good, and the cops were still green. Pirates Neutral, cops green. nothing lost.

you can buy an eagle from freeport 9, freeports are zoner controlled and are nuetral to all, so you dont even have to be nuetral to pirates to get a class 10 equipable ship.

freeport 9 is anoying to get too if you are not on happy terms with the locals though (outcasts and such).
