Which Border Worlds are you? The Tau systems aren't tough at all for me and I'm in a barracuda. I can afford a stilleto and I'm the right level too I just can't find the damn thing. The omicron systems would be real hard if I wasn't allied with the outcasts....they make good defenders against BH attacks...A few sabres to your rescue is always nice..

lets just say when i popped thru the jump hole there where 10 outcasts all ranked lvl 18 or higher with guns that had me lvl 10 sheild depleted and 1 wing gone in seconds
