how can i improve my rep with my enemies?

I want to buy a SUNSLAYER but my rep with the Bundschuh is horrible. how do I improve my rep with them?

Kill Rheinland cops/military until your rep with the Bundschuh gets to neutral. Then land on Bruchsal and and get a bribe. Or just keep killing cops, your call.

if you go for the killing approach ,its faster, when you get neutral to kill the bundschus enemies for them for the rather than random kill
