Can''t lvl up - Didn''t really understand the stickies

Hi! I'm new here...

Well, I have the some prob every1 has: Already finished the story, and stuck on lvl 21.
Now I read all the stickies and probs, and didn't really understand what should I do.
English is not my original language.

So I think I need to do these ones:

1. NOT applying the 1.1 patch
2. Earn alot of money...?
a. In the Player stats it says I need a "Mission" to reach the next lvl... What does it mean?
b. The lvl's depends on how much money I have. So to reach the next lvl I need just to earn money?
c. How do u suggest me to earn money? I heard there is a trick with commodeties / Trade Lines... Dunno what to do with this info :/

So pppllzzzzz write your answer in simple language. I'm only 13 years old.

Presuming your now playing a mod, you just need money. Run missions for what ever faction you want. The outerim pays better. It should say on the info page, net worth and needed to next level, but, running missions will help no matter what.

Hi, I have one more question...

I'm at lvl 30 now, and want to buy the Sabre. The bases that sell it belongs to the Hessians and to the Outcast, and these two really hates me

How can I get friendlier terms with one of them? By killing their enemies?

Yeah, that's right kill their enemies, or if you find a bribe, you can bribe them to get a better rep.
