Where can I buy a ripper mine launcher?

The Ripper cannot be purchased, but can be salvaged from several shipwrecks. Look for wrecks in the Tau and Omicron systems, and loot them; you'll typically find class 10 weapons, Paralyzer missiles, and Ripper mines.

To clear up the previous post, they are only looted yes but Only in Omicron Alpha near the Unknown jump hole, if you need directions then I made this AVI capture of main wrecks in alpha to be looted a while ago

can you buy the actual mine ammo, or can thos eonly be looted. because if it's only in loot, that means that you can only have 20 ripper mine ammo (theer are 4 lootable omicron aplha wrecks, the other have nothing).

Every equipment dealer everywhere will carry ammunition for your ammo-based weapons, no matter what they are. Meaning that so long as you have a ripper launcher, you can purchase ripper mines at any base.

Of course, you can always mod in the ripper to be sold ant any station you want, just a high price.

Yes, unfortunatley, the Top minelayer is out of stock currently, however there are a number of people who have it with them in there graves... Here is the gravesite, watch out for the Purple beams of death and the Hole of doom...
