wow that movie was interesting, could the nomads have destroyed earth because it was a threat and then gone dormant untill the colonists go to the point where they were viewed as a threat also? i no it isnt part of the final version of FL in any way, but i guess it could have worked, and i like it way better then the intro the final version has

Just so you know, I think that the movie was great, it is just irrevalant to the FL storyline. The thing that I didn't like was that it took Earth out of the picture. I really would like to see another FL in which we got to see what happened on Earth after the Solar War, and perhaps even have Trent and the Allience people take it back. Still, great movie though.

Am I the only one who preffered the final intro instead of the original one in terms of enjoyment? The original one has crappy music, dragged on and on with some scenes, and the narrator sounded less...exciting than the one in the final intro. The only part I really enjoyed from the original intro is Sol being blown up, while the final intro grabbed me about 10 seconds after it started and didn't let go.

I agree with jacob. When you take earth out like that, it ruins it for the Earth lovers. I personaly hate our home bein blow away. ANd i think keeping it alive leaves there to be more for more storylines and such. Much better the second video! ^_^

yes, that video, if used as final, would have made one of the 2 most likely storylines for a possible FL2 impossible. If there were no other humans left, then the colonists would not be able to make contact with them, and the only other interesting plot i could think of would be the dom kavash(spelling?) appearing, but since nothing even hinting at a possible FL2 has come out, this doesnt really matter.
