Faction Guide

I was wondering if anyone knew if this had been done: i.e. a guide to all the factions, their alliances/emenies, and most importantly, what systems & sectors their patrols and bases are in. I'm mostly interested so that I can figure out the easiest ways to become neutral to certain factions without alienating too many others...

Anyone?

There also should be a excel spreadsheet in this forum that shows exactly how much each faction hate each other. For example, Outcasts and Liberty navy hate each other at -0.4 but only hate cosairs at -.15. So basically, if you kill Liberty navy, your reputation with the outcasts will improve alot more than killing a corsair.
