Does this really happen?

the sneezing blood dragon said that factions willl turn against thier allies and attack if they are shooting at you if u have a very gd rep with them. Does this really happen?

nope NPC never shoot allies if there allies attakc you they will attack you to

It is true, i've seen it myself several times. Your rep has to be almost perfect with a faction for it to happen though.

When i next got blood on my hands, the blood wasn't mine. Neither were the hands

that was a bug in the past...

some mods had that in the past... made a nice screenshot in the past about that...
sometimes this bug happends again on multiplayers, but mostly this is not happening...

also hunters have allies, but their allies won't help them, so you may always shot hunters for nothing, while all stay neutral/friendly toward you and don't shoot you.

In my knowlage, I have only had it happen once. When I was blasting some Bounty Hunters { who were Engaged with the Outcasts} I hit an outcast ship and they turned on me. This is the only senario that it happened.
