Is there any way to get to the omnicron minor or major systems or the nomad homeworld?

Not without a mod. Most big mods (eg Rebalance) add such jumpholes in, but the places aren't particularly interesting.

easy enough just go look in the technical help forum, thats what i did when mine didn't work
