Omega 41 Neutron star

it does...................... nothing

If you get near or inside the rings, there is intense radiation. It's almost as if you entered a sun's corona.

It is the resting plave of mission commision at least according to mr and Outcast 1-1

A Brief History of Omega 14 lol

In Omega 14 there was a Sun and a planet/planets.
The sun when supernova and turned into a Neutron star
The supernova destroyed the planet/planets and turned them into the Planetary Fragment Field that is Omega 14 (Obvious no?)

Said Neutron star counts as a planet but it doenst kill you if you fly into the atmosphere.
The radiation is from the supernova (I guess..cant remember) but the lack of protection round the Neutron star makes it the denses zone of radiation

So in conclusion, go into the "Dead Zone" and yourll regret it. Itll tear even a VHF apart in a few minutes.

This has been Proffesor Killzone on...Omega 14

you'll probably be dead in less than a minute in a VHF. Teh supernova occured just after humans came to siruis.

Post Thu Aug 19, 2004 12:25 am

yes and there are more of those things that supernoved just after the humans came in that system but how can that be.. this is no coincidence..

Maybe its the Solar system!!

Or maybe DA just wanted to put something cool in the middle of a system. I mean, a tri-star system is technically impossible, but it looks cool so they put it in. Some one just probably stayed up late watching discovery and though that a neutron star would look sweet in Omega 41 (and it does) and so put it in. Soley for looks. Although, if you want to get nit-picky, with no real star in the system, where the hell is all the light coming from? It should be a lot darker with no nearby living star. --- VH16

lol, killzone, i flew a dagger in a hunt almost into the neutron star... never saw that from so close...

and yes, the damage goes fast... i had to use twice nanobotts to stay alive...

SO everyone know, radiations from a Neutron star comes directly from the star itself. The internal reaction of the neutron star emanates pure gamma ray (I think), which is the most dangerous ray of the universe. You get there u dead!

@DB : I know u crazy, but at that point....
