The Osiris is scripted to appear in exactly 4 places in the game. Hamburg, Texas, New York, and Omicron Minor.

You can find the Hispania in a minute debris field southeast of Planet Malta. Funny thing is, there's another wreck there, a Bounty Hunter ship. If he died in the debris field, I wonder what he must have been thinking when he saw the Hispania. =)
