USI?

If you are stuck in a mission and do not know how to continue, this is the place to ask for help. Missing that elusive Level 10 Shield? Don''t know where to find the lost Ohtori ship? This is the only place where spoilers are allowed!

USI?

Hello everyone I've come to this site many a time and I have finally signed up.My question is can anyone make a list or mod that shows what ships hauling what carg travel through where that way us pirates and lane hacker wannabes can have a little more realistic feel as well as knowing where the cargo we want is and then can locate and get that cargo.I named this subject USI because its just like that, the USI or Universal Shipment Info(I think?),and I think it would help me and maybe others get credits through pirating.Thank you for your time.

Why dont u just scan the ships if u want to see wot ships are carrying....??

well,i think he wants to have a blueprint of AI trade instead of scanning everysingle ship that passes by .so he knows when to disrupt the trade lane and what ship to attack instead of killing every1 that passes by .

i dont think thats possible since usually its random and there isnt a timetable that u could compare to (is there?)
its not like this train arrives at this station on this date !!!

i once attacked 2 trains right after launch ,carrying engine components that were mooring with freeport 4 .i couldnt resist the temptation (im not a pirate by nature) but seeing not only one train but 2 is just too much .however this never happened again ,i do scan all the trains that i encounter but usually they are random .

Just park your ship near a plannet that desires what you want, and eventually something good has to come along. Or, go where the things are made (ie if you want gold go to dublin). You're honestly over evaluating this game. It's simple enough as it is, no offense, and I think that a USI would be a waste of time (although it is a novel idea). --- VH16

Whoever came up with "Mission Commision" should be lined up and shot

it is possible but not reccomended and is done by reading rumors ie Pittsburg has a lot of Boron leaving and Junkers in the area carry artifacts and scrap metal manly

I think that it would be cool and let us pirates feel more real plus it would put a little more strategy in the game.

You can't create a comprehensive document that will detail exactly what is hauled through certain areas at what frequencies, because it's random. The best you could do would be a "if you go here, there will be either gold/water/hydrocarbons" etc

Although, if you go to the map of all of sirius, select a system, and click the info button you do get a list of a lot of information. Among it all is what the system produces. That should help, a bit. You want gold? Go to a system that produces gold. --- VH16

True, but using the system map does not always provide the most lucrative trading opportunities.

It would be cool if there were passenger transport ships that'd run with a certain schedule. Then they could sometimes have rich passengers aboard who could pay ransom for you. You could also hijack rich folks' private ships and demand ransom.
