Getting Information Inhabitants of Unknown System

How can I get information from the inhabitants of the Primus and Robot planets?

"Hi, Help You?"

Ya can't !

its just there as a thing the producers put in. maybe they thought no one would get that fr, so they never completed it.

You know what?
You guys should populate
Yukanojo's Server.
I love it. Start out completely neutral and 5k credits. Also, you can e-mail me and ask to join my clan if you want. I have 2 members already. If I agree with you joining, meet me at manhatten and i will give you 100k credits. So, pay a visit to Yukanojo's server. Also, during the next week(10th to 16th), I will be donating my 7-8mil credits, and equipment to someone on the
[5thW FL:: www.5thss.com
server to some lucky player hanging out manahtten. I wil be around manhatten and only for 5 mins. I have kusari rare guns all the way to nomad guns and level 10 fighter shield. Don't miss out.

It's one of those things in the game that feels unfinished, there are plenty of others around, you'll just have to live with it

There are some other really odd things in the game. e.g. That abandoned station in a certain system that has some nice cargo still at it. Click on the station and it tells you it's a Kusari fighter wreck! There are also a few wrecks that have one name on the map and another when you click on them for ID. Does look like the game was put out with some unfinished parts.

Maybe one of the developers/programmers is a "Planet of the Apes" fan. As for the robots, maybe it's a staging area for a mass invasion? Who knows, maybe it was just to freak us out and have a place to land in case the Nomads were beating ya up too bad.

Puke, what's that station that you talking about and where?

personally i think it's a litte fun addition to the game to make you laugh a little bit.

Not wanting to be accused of a spoiler, let's just say it is in a system full of wrecks from the 80 Years War. If you've played through the SP game, you'll know which one that is. Good money to be manage from salvage in that system.

well, its not a station then. Its a cruiser. I found and looted it already. Every single ship in that system I have looted. I like the ONYX for the best weapon because it has a refire of 3.03 and does damage of 1075, while the diamondback has refire of 2.00 and does damage of 1175. Not much difference in damage. More shots though.

bit off topic, but none the less enlightening Dr. The guys at anvil were probalby just fooling arround. They allready had the robot bodies from other plannets, and they probably just made the apes as some kind of joke. I didn't really like the unknown systems, found them to be boring to be honest. Visited each once and never bothered to return. --- VH16

Whoever came up with "Mission Commision" should be lined up and shot

No reason to return once you've been ther. The nomad ships you destroy don't even seem to drop any guns. The one system is sort of nice looking, but even so quite pointless.

Actually, to me the robot planet makes perfect sense. If you talk to the robot bartender, he says he works for the Order. It's a an abandoned facility of the Order that is no longer used b/c the Nomad threat has been neutralized. So they left the robots there to run it until someone needs it. That's why there's never any news.

In response to my previous post, come to think of it, that base looks a lot like the one where Quatrain was working.

Post Mon May 17, 2004 4:42 pm

@Puke Barwalker - Actually, the Nomad fighters dropped a gun for me the first time I went to the ape/robot place.
@Klingsor - It's Quintaine, not Quatrain. A quatrain is a poetry term for a stanza of four lines.
I was slightly annoyed that you couldn't chat with the apes and robots though. Also, have you noticed that they have typical "human" voices? The robots don't even sound mechanical. I think it's an incomplete section of the game that the producers abandoned, but they left it in for a sort of 'easter egg' that diligent players would find someday.
Have you looked at the environment of that system? It's like a giant tube of nebula, flowing off into dark infinity....it's rather eerie. I tried to fly for that star in the far end of the channel, but you end up flying off-map and I just gave up.
