First, kill Bounty Hunters. Especially in New York. Kill enough so that you're neutral with the Outcasts and Rogues. Then fly off to Buffalo, find an Outcast bribe. If there isn't one, launch and then dock again. Once you've got that, head to Omicron Beta and fly off to Ruiz. And unless you're doing this in MP, you can't get 3 million in 1 hour.

And if i ended up being enemies with the bounty hunters, and then gotton the outcast pass, would i be able to still get a pass for the bounty hunters and stay allies with the outcasts?

If you don't want to be bad with the Hunters, kill a few Outcasts so you'll be neutral with both. If you want a hunter bribe, make sure you're as friendly as you can be with the Outcasts. Then take a Hunter bribe. You'll be on the good/neutral side of the Outcasts (or maybe even still friendly) and on the neutral/hostile side of the Hunters.

You can get 3 million in an hour but not by flying missions. It is a delicate balance of taking a flight path that will allow you to loot all the wrecks in the omegas, sigmas, and other omicrons before working your way to Beta. If you sell off all your class 10 guns and the Paralyzer missiles (about 40 avalible across the whole trip i think) you can get a substantial amount of cash. The missions in Beta are easy if you're properly equipped, and any time you can pick up pharmeceuticals, you can make a big haul @ $800 per unit.

i think that if u buy a new ship the bounty hunters become netural. See storyline where trent and juni escape liberty for details

Not true Freealpha, that's just scripted in the storyline. If you don't buy a new ship you become neutral with them anyway.
