How do you get back to planet Toledo?

Can you get back to planet Toledo and collect on the promised ship, or was it just a false promise? Replies are appreciated!

You can't. the "promised ship" is the anubis. what the game developers did not realize is that you can get the anubis much earlier, even before the alaska mission.
