No, there is no way to get back there.

you can only get back if you use ioncross or edit .fl files

the only thing ive gotten close to is the wierd unknown system you get to via omicron alpha

There's also an unknown system off of Omicron Gamma, but neither of them lead back to the Major and Minor systems. 's just the way it is. Even if you mod yourself jumpholes back there, they're not very exciting, the most you can get is the Anubis and the Order weapons. Nothing else to do

It'd be cool if you could do missions for the robots or the monkey's though. Encounter their patrols, help them against the nomads, etc..

You'd assume that if you mod yourself a jumphole there you have sufficient intelligence to make one that goes back...

get FLE and make your self a jumphole there...you cant dock with the planet so its pretty much pointless.

Just remember though, the Nomad Dyson sphere really isn't even a sphere :-p. I went back to the outside using the Sam's Jumpsystem mod. I also used the cruise speed 3000 mod since i was feeling lazy that day. I picked a direction and flew and flew. The sphere actually ends after about 50k or so, and if you go further, the whole thing is just in a gigantic green cloud in the middle of what looks like the unknown from omicron alpha.
