just buy a hf or vhf, launch, press ctrl+v and then press Print Screen
it's that easy

Dunno exactly, but you can access all the game cockpits by using ctrl v so it hardly matters. Unless he's referring to the cool one with radar that's in one of the screenshots - that's not obtainable
