If your out of the game, just attack the police. Try the base behind Manhatten, can't remember the name at the moment. There are reps from time to time for the rouges. If in game, the base is your best choice. Its in the asteroids.

better thing to do is to go to mactan base in magellan (lane hackers). you can just improve your rep with them.rouges and outcasts are their allies.

Yeah but if the Liberty Rogues hate you then the Lane Hackers will probably hate you aswell...

Wack some Xenos for a while, get friendly with the Hackers then get the bribe...and also be friendly with everyone else!! ^^

Darnit, I know every base in New York, but when a bribe comes up, its usually out of my spending range ($150,000). Time to kill Xenos and get a bribe, the prob is I have the rep hostile as far as it can go (can they send assassins?).

Beaumont Base in Texas will give you bribe for the Rougues. It's a Junker base. If you need a Junker bribe the Bowex rep on Manhattan will usually oblige. I've never been offered a Rougue bribe at Rochester.

If you go hunting Xenos in the Silverton Asteroid Field you can increase your rep with all other criminal factions: the Liberty Rogues, Outcasts, Corsairs, and Lane Hackers are all enemies of the Xenos.

Another option is going to Rochester Base and taking on missions for the Junkers: the Bounty Hunters around Manhattan make tempting targets if you've well-equipped. Plus your neutrality on missions means that you can avoid getting into a scrap with the Liberty Rogues.

that is not too likely. it dosent matter if you hunt xenos. basically you should not have a good rep with the lsf,lpi or lnavy,then most of the pirate factions will like you.
