Basic Price/Nomad Info for Website

If you are stuck in a mission and do not know how to continue, this is the place to ask for help. Missing that elusive Level 10 Shield? Don''t know where to find the lost Ohtori ship? This is the only place where spoilers are allowed!

Basic Price/Nomad Info for Website

OK, I'm trying to make a website as we speak. It's going to be a Freelancer 'ITAC' from the perspective of the Bounty Hunters Guild. The reason I put this in the spoilers section is because the questions I ask, especially regarding the Nomads, could reveal something to newbies they did not yet know.

OK, first off, I would like a list of prices. Nothing more, just prices of each fighter and freighter available to buy in an unmodded Freelancer. I know you'll say 'find out yourself' -- I would if I could, but my gaming computer is in for repairs for the next month, and has been broken for seven months, so I'm currently incapable of checking for myself. I took a series of hand-written notes before my computer died, I even have prices of weapons, but ships I'm lacking, so if you could just list them as in-game, that'd be a great help.

Also, the Nomads. I never noted down Nomad specs! That does not include their weapons -- unfortunately for my dignity I used them for a time, for fun in SP of course -- but their ships. Could you go into the game, survive long enough to scan each class of ship and note them down, including the little tally of armour, guns etc at the bottom, in its entirety, word for word? That'd be great. What I'm doing is giving the 'sales pitch' of each ship from the game, then a Bounty Hunter evaluation, then of course reviews of flying with and fighting against each ship, from various real people -- so I need the in-game description given when you scan them, and all the other details they give.
If there is a website or file I could download that gives this info, and perhaps which base/planet sells which weapons (you don't have to tell me that last one, lol, too much), that'd be great.

Thanks in advance, folks, that's the only part I'm lacking from the ships section.
(and no, the site isn't uploaded yet, I can't give you a URL :p)

This may surprise you, but yes, I have. I've looked at the Lancer's own article on ships, and dragged my way through the downloads section looking for any files someone may have compiled. If I've missed a page or file listing the price of each ship, and containing the games's own description of the Nomad ships, please, nod me in the right direction. So far, I haven't seen one. I'd much rather have found it myself than come crawling for help, believe me, but... there we go.

nomad ships? the game has this description of the fighter:

The structure of this ship appears to be organic, suggesting it was grown rather than constructed.

Voila! That's it! That'a ll the game says abut them...

http://www.mercenarynavy.co.uk/

They have a list of ships with prices, and guns with prices, and who makes them. That isn't quite the same thing as location but it narrows it down a bit. If you know a Hornviper is a Rhienland weapon, you can find it a bit easier...

Go to that page, then Freelancer Resources.

Thanks for that. Saved me having to wait a few weeks then go to every ship, lol. And the weapon info wil lbe useful too. Cheers.
