8 sleeper ships??

Well, whaddya know.
I originally came here to flame you all for ressurecting this thread, but now, for the first time, I've actually managed to see the rumour, which I hadn't before. Which is nice.
Anyway, the rumour was put in so as to keep their options open for the sequel- if they want to, they'll include them, if they don't, they won't.
There's no evidence yet as to whether they'll use them or not, nor will there be, 'til they decide to give out some info on FL2 (assuming they're actually making it), so stop irritating each other.

I think it's clear that Italian colonist had been put into Hispania, just see the surnames of some Corsairs, for Eg.
Di Cesare
Barbetti
Cellini
or they traveled in a mediterrean sleeper ship with Arabs and Africans.

Although those sound Italian, I think they can also be seen as Spanish names. Hispania was, after all, the Latin name for Spain

Maybe they were mediterainean (sp) in origin. Spain, Pourtugul, Italy, Malta, etc......

If there would have been Italian sleeper ships then i think the criminals would looked more like Cosa Nostra than the Outcast Cardamine cartels mentioned in news.

about the Candian Sleeper ship: it would be called the Toronto, or the Ottawa. But it's very true. the Onarian and the Quebecois would NEVER share a sleeper ship. hell, they probably separated and manned the french ship.

Italy have so much budget problems that probably Italians have been launched to the sirius sector without any sleeper ship. they just put them in a torpedo launcher and they fired them with a space suit and 2 chocolate bars.

Actually, the story is that the other three ships were for France, Italy, and some other country. Those who know the story of the Exodus will know that the French and Italians were wiped out, eliminating the need for an Italian and French sleeper.

*gasp* France destroyed so no more french fries I hope the Liberty sleeper ship contained the secerets how to make freedom fries and freedom toast. If not then it was a black day for man kind.

does anyone think it's wierd that the languages died with sol yet the accents live on? And wtf is with Hispaña not being able to afford a fricken ñ and so it uses an "nia"? Why does the heratage live on yet the cultures die? --- VH16

someone said that We Italians and the spanish are different cultures.
We aren't so different,
we're both catholics
we speak very similar languages
we eat similar dishes
we live in similar places
it's clear that hispania carried italian colonist, but they were all relatives of Mafia's bosses , and they bribed someone to include them
