1 Are 4 adv. scorps the best weapons for a patriot for those who do not use missles well?
Consider adding an adv. stunpulse to that, to give the ship an extra anti-shield kick. Otherwise, it will probably take you too long, depending on the enemy, to deal with shields. Practicing a bit more with missiles or mines would be better, since those are the most damaging weapons (especially mines) such a low-level ship can use.
2 Can a Patriot beat a Drake assuming both pilots are equally skilled?
Probably not- both ships have around the same turning speed, and since the Drake has a significant armor/shield/firepower advantage, the Patriot pilot would have to be a lot better at flying to win. In a match of equal skill, the Drake would win.
3 How do you survive when you are using a regening shield mod and have 20+ enemies fighting you?
I don't have much experience with those, but the best advice would probably be to hit your thruster, kill engine, and turn around to face them- that should get them off your tail. In other words, run away.
