What system has teh highest bounties (or rewards)?

Omnicron Alpha. You have to work for the Outcasts though. You'll also need a bloody good ship.

Actually, From my experience, all of the Omicron Systems have about the same bounties. The only way to be a "Good Guy" and get these is to go to Freeport 9 in Theta.

beta is the best the loot tends to be the best and distance and hence time to mission is the least of all the areas that offer 245k missions
