Okay, I admit it, you have to be level 32 to get nomads. I've experimented. The reason i got nomads at level 30 might be because i had some level 32+ buddies around killin' 'em too. The $1 000 000 thing is just a rough estimate on how to get to level 32 with a fully loaded VHF.

I read something about a Dagger on another site, can give a hint on where to get one ? and what level you nned to be on ?
