Where can I bribe somebody to make the corsairs like me?

I finally got enough money for a Titan! In fact I have 400,000 extra. Anyways, i didn't know where to buy one until I looked at this site and I found out that only the Corsairs sell Titans, which is a real set back since there is not faction in the universe that hates me as much as the Corsairs do. So, where can I go in order to bribe somebody to make them like me? I'm assuming that I would bribe somebody in a system where the Corsairs are present, but I really dont want to go bar hopping across the galaxies in order to find the right guy. I don't want to cheat either, so if somebody can tell me where *precisely* I'd really appreciate it. Thanks for your time.
