Take the West Point Academy ---> Ithaca Research Station trade lane, and start heading East. Press F6 and Display the Patrol Routes. Buffalo Base is the first place you should see where a lot of patrol paths converge.

Make sure you're friendly with the rougues. The badlands got their name for a reason, and it aint just the gravitaional annomolies. --- VH16

Rogues and Outcasts both.

Umm...yes. To elaborate more on the previous post, you must be neutral/allied with Rogues because it's their base you're trying to land on. Outcasts hang around the base very often, so if you're enemy with Outcasts and they're hanging around Buffalo, the Rogues will turn on you.

I've also hear rumors about Lane Hackers hanging out at Buffalo (outside the base). I haven't seen any but I assume it's rare.

E 6/7 in the new york system , as the others said it is a good thing to be on friendly terms with them.
