there 2 unknown systems, one from the Omicron Omega and the other from Omicron Alpha.

I suggest you do not see the uknown maps, just find the location of the "Uknown Jump hole" and explore them

or b. using a mod that creates a system that is not on the server (not possible anymore under the 1.1 patch i believe)
