HOW do i get to sigma 17

I am going insane in the gas cloud in sigma 13. can someone tell me what the coordinates are?

you can get to it from Sigma-19. Therz a Jump gate to Sigma-17 behind Planet Hiran in the south of the system.

click on patrol path map for locations of interesting things holes/bases !
when a load of lines converge there is something of interest there usually

You can get there from Omicron Theta where Freeport 9 is via a jump hole to Sigma 17, also.
