One-way jump hole?

One-way jump hole?

Something strange, and I just want to make sure I don't have something screwed up... In the Cambridge system I found a jump hole to Leeds - take a trip straight "north" from the Omega-3 gate for around 30K (I think, I don't have the game up right now so I'm going from memory). Go through and you pop out not far from Planet Leeds... but there's no jump hole going the other way. I'm playing SP, no mods. Is this known about, or is my system screwed up somehow?

no i beat 12plyer and i think thats the way things go, but i could be wrong.....

You can get back through it, if you find it again that is cause it isn't marked on the Nav Map in the Leeds system

@gowerspaul Hmmmm you could be right... every time I jump through I get jumped on by some party of nits in Bloodhounds or something ("I have enemy in my sights AAAAARGH" and I guess by the time I've cleared them out I could be some way from where I jumped in. It doesn't show on the map so I didn't actually look . Next time I'll look around a bit and see if I can actually see it.

The jumphole on the Leeds side is still there and usable. It doesn't show. When you click on it, it reads as "unknown object". I made a note of where it was in relation to the New London hole. I use it all the time.

Here's another spot- one-way jumphole from Cambridge system to Leeds, but no hole showing on the Leeds end. The whole thing is almost as frustrating as the poor showing of the "best"-route planner.

Anyway, gowerspaul and richard7254 are of course correct. The hole is there - it just doesn't show up on the map and if you target it, it gets bracketed as "unknown object"... but you can still go though it, no problem.
