In the Hokkaido System I can't seem to find the Ainu base. Where might it be? Thanks.

Can't tell you in this forum - spoiler. Check the base lists, look for patrol paths ... the patrol paths will lead you there.

If you throw enough mud ..some's gonna stick.

Easiest way to reach it is through the jump hole in Kyushu (north nebula). It should put you right outside it. If that fails, its in the middle-left of the bottom cloud in Hokkaido.
