Ive had a few ideas.....1. Corsair or Outcast: Corsair, Crete, Centurion Outcast, Malta, Stilleto
2. All Outcasts freindly with Corsairs and vice versa
3. New halfway base... not sure of name
And thats pretty much it...
Sure someone will object to this but...
Ill lead the Outcast element, Jose you lead the Corsairs

Only problem is starting the Server itself... until we get that up an running, we should probably be a clan... Brothers of the Hispania...or something corny like that...
And then theres my problum of never actually being on MP...but I can sort that out... anyone else got any ideas?

uhm... no good idea i think, but who cares...
look at the old roman empire, or the old greeks, they had smaller divicions, and could control the war earlier then his enemies and win that way... romans had a long range men first who escape when the enemie closed by through gates in the legions, whithy first line had also medium to close range weapons (spears, stone throwers)... thus smaller divicions will make leading easier, but nobody is above the leader of a divicion, but 2 divicions can be working together, why not... by making a divicion (group) about 1 leader and 9 followers then it would be more fun to play, so there could be a about 4 divicions on a 40 person server... maybe is 9 followers already to muth... but it can be changed later... maybe it is a little to small...

but it's silence right now... no typing anymore about how "good" or "bad" corsair or outcast is or was... better maybe, but also a little less fun ...

first it was a lot more typing in here, and now, a lot lesser...
corsair will fly only corsair ships and outcast only borderworld ships... that's the only rule, all others r doomed to die ow yeah, only the names before the name... cor_<name> is corsair and out_<name> is outcast???

I wouldn't much say that the corsairs care that much for their people. They care more for themselves then come the people. I agree that the creation of the biodomes are to feed their people, the looting of transports .. also to feel their own people. But they also indulge in one more thing - canibalism. I've been the Crete, heard abt the rumors of eating each other coz of the lack of food ard. that's sooooo hanibal lecter.

BTW im a corsair. i use the titan and my home base is crete. i tink its the best and most quietest base in the whole of sirius. I love the GREEN fading into orange that goes thruout space in omiricon gamma.

let's set up the server... and burn serius burn (like killzone already said)

Lol, my apologies for the delay gentlemen, I was visiting a Bavarian village. Honestly I don't truly know how to run a Freelancer clan, but I can take a shot.

1. Is the server up?

2. I suppose we should change our names to BotH-(name).

3. I believe we should make our primary server of influence Browclopsia. Good RP server and just elite server all around, I think it holds a large part of the future of Freelancer MP.

4. Recruiting wise, I think we should do the loan strategy on foreign servers. Basically, once a newb wants to join, have him change his name and give him a sum of money to get started. Then, lead them to either a corsair or outcast base to get a rep fix. Then they simply give you back the money in a week or so once they start earning for themselves (which might include "spreading" our influence though some more... disliked player activity).

5. We can have continual meetings on Saturdays and whenever we see each other on our server (meeting server) and Browclopsia (server to conquer). Perhaps we can have one tomorrow (aka Saturday)?

6. Perhaps we could find someone to get us a good picture signature once we get started eh? Anyone have any contacts/expertise with that sort of thing?

Hope I wasn't too forward with this thing, they're all just ideas.
