Ive just past the race in SP have defeated the rheinlanders but the Station Glorious even though welcoming my help wont allow me to dock ive tried altering reps and ship sizes any help would be welcome.

Are you sure all the Rheinlanders are defeated? Maybe one of the NPC's need to say something to you, events are sometimes triggered by someone saying something.
Other than that, this is strange to me.
Try the techy forum, they might know an answer there.
