There is only one base that sells the Liberty Rogue Vassago: Buffalo Base in New York.

It is located in the southeast corner of the badlands, coordinates E.4 by 6.7 (E6). Rumor has it that there is an in-system jump-hole, that leads right to it. It is north of the Texas jumpgate, at coordinates E.7 by 6.7 (E6), and pops out at coordinates F.6 by 5.6 (F5), just a little east of Buffalo Base.

Yeah Vassargos are sold at Buffalo becuase I remember wanting one but needing a better ship. Now theres a funny story about that.....

You can only use that in-system jumphole to leave buffalo base, and then only on single player.
