Possible Major Easter Egg! Spoiler but true!!

I don't know about you but I think I found another easter egg. At the beginning of the MIssion 1A where you get attack by the rogue and the transport makes a run for it. Stay and kill a wave or two of the rogues. I just started the a new game and that what I did. Kind told me that one of those rogues had a reward on him and guess what I get upon landing on the planet to get my reward and bonus bounty. 10,000,000 Credit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You guy got to try this out!!!!!!!!!

This would be an odd easter egg, considering you have to earn credits in a percentage relation to the end of mission 1 in order to move to mission 2. It would hold up the game ALOT, and could be classified as a major bug.

I don't buy it...

Be intriguing if you could blast the perp and collect the reward in mission 1 ... and suddenly be called by Juni to fly the final mission of the game.

you only have to kill the first 3 rogues that show up...
you get a $750 bonus for it...

Just my $0.02, but it could just be the cardamine talking.

ya I saw the same thing before I landed on the planet. 750 in the nav thing because i got a lava. mk1 before launching the mission. Once I landed i saw 10,000,000 on the nav when i went to go buy some new shield and adv starbeam class2 for the next mission 1B.

i guess the 10,000,000 is a bug i loaded a new game again and i only got 750 plus now. That weird!

I got the same bug, only at a diff. place, it was right after the mission where Juni said "Make sure to look at you nav (or something like nav, I can't remember), there should be something extra in there for you!" and I looked and it said 15,000,000 credits.

Are you sure you haven't been using any mods? There is nothing like that in the unmodded game data (.ini files) - just scan for Act_AdjAcct to see which amount of money gets handed out where. If it is indeed a bug in the game engine then it must be striking very rarely or we'd have heard more reports by now ...

BZ, $750 may not be very much but it is well worth the few extra seconds. If you shoot fast and true then you can even complete the first leg of this mission faster with the bounty than without, since the dialogue near Pittsburgh is shorter if you disobey King's orders and tangle with the second wave of pirates. And the extra $750 can be very helpful in the beginning, especially for an FLDQ run (Freelancer Done Quick).

Never got that bug allways got $750.But I would like to know what every body max was.Mine is six every time I go for the seventh I do not make it back to the trade lane in time.

lol i couldn't have use a mod I don't even have one on my computer!!!

reinstalled the game. I can't seem to get the 10,000,000 anymore I guess it was a once time deal. You think it might have to do with a special generated character?
Maybe you have to shoot the right person?
