Okay, after reaching level 38 and a net worth of about 7mil I became friendly with the criminals. Only problem was that I couldn't visit the core systems. Can anyone give me a fools guide to mi=odifying empathy.ini cos going around a bribing people is leading me in an endless circle

from my point of view, he may not be a cheat. It is in fact quite easy to collect large sums from doing missions on Malta.

empathy.ini wont help you. if you want ur char to b freindly with everyone, edit ur savegamefile.

Editing your files only to get something wich you wouldn't be able to get without editing is cheating IMHO.

yeah, cheating, if he work the rep up, or even bribe for it, then it's not cheating
