Maybe Russia was in the coalition?

I now wonder if anyone payed any attention to the Starlancer Story. Watch the cutscene and think about this. Coalition = China and Russia, possibly more.

I'm sorry to see that there are people who probably hate Russia here. Anyway, the topic was not intended to provoke anti-russian rants, so I suppose we should simply stop this useless discussion. The topic was not so exciting, I admit.

The few russian friends that I have I treasure for their unique understated wit and comedic flair. They can also drink Vodka like no one's business, and I swear to god that is not just a cliche. That's hardly the point, but I just thought I'd toss my two cents in.

But yeah, The russians/chinese in the game won the original war, and hence are not present in Sirius, since the Sirius system is populated by the losers of the war.

You will also notice that the coalition was not painted as the bad guys in the opening scene. The two sides were fighting even though no one could remember what they were fighting for. What was important was that one side emerged victorious, and the other fled to Sirius.

Even though the coalition is rather brutal and nasty in SL. After 100 years, I'm sure all that either side wanted was to end the war, but neither side wanted to end it in their own surrender.

Yeah basically Russia, along with their subordinates, since that's the only place I can possibly see for the other countres, won the war, and the loosers went into self-imposed exile.

there would not be russian space in freelancer because if russia was in coalition they would've been destroyed by nomads like in original cutscene
