Paralyzer Launcher in junk?

I have seen/heard of several rumours that the lanucher for paralyze missiles may be hiddne in the numerous acres of junk or scrap metal in sevral systems (like sigma 13 or New York near Rochester Base).

Is this true?

As far as I am aware (and after extensive searching), the Paralyzer Missile Launcher is NOT lootable from anything or anyone in the game. Only in modded versions of the game is this weapon available, so your best bet is to just sell the missiles for about ~70k credits per group of them you find.

i think its safe to say if it was there we would have found it by now
im told however that it is on one of the wrecks but due to a glitch it wont release it(dont know which)but someone suggested alpha at the unknown hole
academic as even if there it wont give it up
