Rochester Base is in New York. i'm not sure which sector it's in but it's in the debris feild near Fort bush. you pass that debris feild in the trade lane that goes to Fort Bush from manhatten. it's visible when your in the game and the debris feild won't show up on you map until you find it.

no its not, i searched all of the pittsburg debris field

it's not the Pittsburg debris feild. it's very close to Manhatten.

one more thing, this may help you. it's in the debris field with the colorado jump hole and is left of the trade lane to the colorado jump gate.

Rochester is above Manhattan at Sector 3 C/D

A little trick (which I found myself, although I'm probably not the first to do so):

Check the patrol paths on your nav map. If you see many (neutral, often) patrols ending in one spot, it's either a jump hole or a base.

go to navmap, set a waypoint about 1 cross-line up, so u will get a few patches to 1 point, go to their...

I've been using that patrol trick for a long time. Actually, that's not how I found Rochester. I found it by hailing a junker and he said: "I'm out of Rochester. I'm headed to Rochester. I have 3 more waypoints to go." So i followed him, because I had been looking for Rochester for a while, and he eventually brought me to Rochester. I saved my game as "Rochester" so i would always have it. To find it now in mp, i just survey the Jersey Debris Field. It's about in the middle of it but look out for Rouges, Xenos, Lane Hackers, and Outcasts. If they show up the station will not get mad at you however.
