Level 10 Turret

The best you can have is one of the Level 9 Turrets. Check above ^ this thread in Ensigns post for the turrets and locations of the Level 9's.

I'm kinda partial to the GMG Skyblast B turret--I think the most damaging turret with an 8.33 fire rate.

Actually the Skyblast B is the most damaging class 9 turret over one second--it does 2,032.52 hull, while the Salamanca Turret only does 1,956 hull and the Buckshot Turret only does 1,564 hull. Not sure if there are any other class 9 turrets.

Since on the Hammerhead, Titan, or Eagle you are rarely firing the turret in conjunction with your full guns, the energy drain of the Skyblast B is inconsequential. For maximal efficiency (perhaps only really important on the Sabre when the turret is doubling as a seventh forward-firing gun) the Salamanca is probably the way to go, it only burns 388 for a full second of firing while the Skyblast B burns 508.13 and the Buckshot burns 488.

The best turret is the Corsair salamanca turret class 9 it does more damage then the GMG or IMG Skyblast B turret

personally i prefer the advanced class 8 delibitator (?) turret on my sabre in combination with 2 tizos it kills a shield in no time then all i need is my two blaster two cannon combo to finish of my opponent , on NPCs up to class 12 it takes me one shot to blow away their shields and 2 shots to pulverize them
on lvl 38+ players is it usually 2 shots for the shield and 2 to 3 for the hull

On the Sabre I put a little known turret, the Drake Turret Type B
At 650 m/s it's the closest match to the 600m/s of class 10 guns.
It's only class 8, but very energy efficient and pretty decent damage.

On all other ships Falcon and up where the turret doesn't fire forward: Adv. Debilitator
If you're only firing one gun, better make it a Pulse gun so that Ripper mine will rip HULL.

On my sabre I use three advanced debilitator guns, one adv debilitator turret , three nomad blasters and the ripper mines.

The Adv. Deb. guns have 400 hit pints less damage to the shield than the Tizonas BUT their projectiles travel at 150m/s (750) faster than the slower Tizona (600).

Due to the diferent projectile speeds I toggle the between the nomad blasters and the adv. debilitators guns so my accuracy improves when I duel. It's amazing how faster bullets make a difference.

Oops, I forgot to add that all the guns have a refire rate of 4 for added accuracy.

FOUR Adv. Debilitators? OMG! That's like 13k shield damage per second!
That works good for you? One-two punch with ripper probably is awesome!
I like Adv. Debilitator-Skyblast B combo on my Hammerhead, they match perfect.
