How do we get to...

How do we get to the Tohoku System from the Chugoku system. It s not on the site, as a matter of fact, the Tohoku system is not omn the site

It's only accessible in SP while you are in the campaign. When the campaign is finished you can't go there anymore. In MP it's disabled.
