Heres how to get though the mines.
There is a clear pass inline with the gate opening, just fly paralelle to the mine field and use your turret view until you can see straight down the jump gate, fly in, thats it :^)

LOL yea I think so. I swear I don't ever remember going there in the SP game. I would think I would have remembered that Mine field. But maybe because Juni keeps making me nervous with her "Trent why aren't we going faster? Try giving more power to the engines..." I barely have time to look around.

I might have to go back to my saved games and see where that was. You remember how far into the game you go there?

@Atlas: About mission 11 I think. You approach Alaska from the East side of the mine field.
