Diamonds from New Berlin to New Tokyo. Going through Sigma 13 (I think) you can get from one end of the galaxy to the other in 3 or 4 jumps.
LIghtarms from Liberty (Detriot Munitions?) up to the Battleship Matsumoto in Kusari (At the jumpgate construction site) is another good one, cos in Liberty all you have to worry about is Rogues and Xenos (So no threat) and in Kusari you should be friendly with the Dragons and neutral with the GC after you help from them after just finishing SP.

Another trade route I use is Engine Components from Houston to Los Angeles, and then Optical Chips back to Houston, and the cycle can go on as long as you want.

I use a Dromedary, (275 cargo), mine diamonds in Dresden, (takes a LONG time to fill the Drom), or u can buy them, sell at New Tokyo, fill up with consumer goods, go to Tau37, sell at Falkland station, launch & mine niobium, (every rock has ore, and no radiation) takes 20 min to half hour to fill Drom.,
take to Leipzig sta., Dresden, sell niobium. You just earned about $1 million credits! Depends on having a good rep, of course! If you do, you made that clear profit without spending anything but time, except on the consumer goods.

this is a 2182 credit per unit profit. and it is very a short route.

taking cadramine from mactan to manhatten through the old magellan to new york jump gate with the dromedary earns medium cash. best about this is that it's so fast, only one jump and two trade lanes you need to dock with. you rarely get caught with the drugs.

Ainu - Cardamine (479) to Planet Manhattan (1500)

Dormedary makes C600,000 +/- and the worst baddies you encounter are xenos.

For an extra C300,000 do this

Ainu - Cardamine (479) to Roppongi Station (810)
New Tokyo - Engines (225) to Mactan Base (1424)
Mactan Base - Cardamine (810) to Planet Manhattan (1500)

The Dromedary nets out about C925,000 on that route. I have longer, more complex routes that I do for fun, not profit, that net me approximately C7.5 million credits per 3 hour block, but you don't get those unless you come play on my server....no mods, no cheating, just honest hard work.

I suggest trading toxic waste from freeport 10 in tau-37 to freeport 9 in Omicron theta. It makes a net profit of zero but what a trip. Make sure you go through New York for Comedy effect and the great voyage should take about an hour. You'll probably need a dromedary to fit all that $2 toxic gold in the hold but you won't be disappointed.....
