Alaska/Blood Dragon headquarters

If you are stuck in a mission and do not know how to continue, this is the place to ask for help. Missing that elusive Level 10 Shield? Don''t know where to find the lost Ohtori ship? This is the only place where spoilers are allowed!

Alaska/Blood Dragon headquarters

How do you get into the Alaska system. I can get to the jump gate itself, bt I need codes to get in. Does anyone know how to get through? Also the place behind the Blood Dragon's base. there is a jump gate there. I'm good friends with them, but I still need codes. I'm an explorer who has been to almost every other system. I have an Eagle with Thors Hammer, and the other "clasified" weapons. Anyone, please help me...

Alaska is Single Player only.
Tohoku is Single Player only.

You can use mods to unlock those systems but theres not much in them.

Alaska is just a bunch of Ice rocks like the ones in the Omricon Gamma unknown system.

Tohoku might have Ryoko Outpost dockable, but I doubt it'll even have a background.

Right, but how do I get into either of them? I play single player only most of the time anyway, but I need to get into every system. These are the last two that I haven't been exploring in. Also, did you know that there are Black Holes in the game. If you look in the C:\Program\Files\Microsoft\Games\Freelancer\DATA\SOLAR
area. There is a file called BLACK HOLES. Aparently there is one in Omega 13. I'm still looking for it, but rest assured, I WILL FIND IT!

One in Omega 13, which does not exist lol. Sorry, but you're out of luck, along with everyone else on this entire board it seems, who all share your illogical quest to find a black beacon of death. : ~ )

I don't get it. Then what is the file there for? Can you mod them then?

Yeah, there are mods.

The reason that blakcholes have files, and only exist in sytstems which dont exist, is because the game was shipped far earlier than the design team needed to finish the game. That is just another shadow of what the game could have been.

cant get to alska and tohuko those rocks in tohoku are pretty darn big look kool to. Question you know when you rendezvous with walker and there is a gap in the minefield i can't find it after that

i ate a booger so you ate a turd.

Ok. I get it now. So what do I do now? I've finished the game and explored everything I can get to. What does Tobis or whatever his name mean when he says that you are his eyes and ears at the end of the game. Are there missions at the end? When I look at my profile it says the money needed to get to the nex level, and sometimes it says 'mission'. Are there still missions left that I haven't found out about yet?

gap in the minefield i can't find it after that

target the alaska gate and switch to target view mode. You will see your orientation relative to it. Fly around the outside of the mine field until the gate points straight at you and there should be a nice hole in the minefield.

And God said,

And there was light.

No you've done it all, once you have finished the story and explored everything there isn't really anything left. Most players at this point progress to Multi player so they can test their skills against other real people.

That brings on a whole new set of challenges like clan wars and newbie killers

Mr, Spock, is it not logical to try to explore the unexplored? To push the boundries in hopes of finding knowledge? Is that not the reason that humanity continues it's perpetual ruuch into the unknown? To know it? That is why we search. Not because of a death wish, not because of fame, but so that we may know what there is to know.
