Can''t access fun stuff in sp missions

I just joined this forum recently,don't flame for ignorance PLEASE
i found out that most secret jumpholes (to omicron gamma,theta,etc.) don't appear on the map

that means no cool ships that i want to buy and less choice of weapons.... anyways,i've completed the game in sp twice n got me a heavily fitted eagle n stiletto

DIAMONDBACK + WILDFIRE + 2 CANNONBALL MISSILES = 1 dead mother****er...

Hm? During the SP campaign, all the jump holes and gates in the game are active and accessible once you've completed mission 4 (leaving Liberty), except for the later storyline systems (Tohoku and Alaska.) You can fly anywhere you want once you arrive in Bretonia.

Of course, there isn't much to do out there, since level restrictions prevent you from getting any new ships or high-level guns or high-paying missions. Although you can loot wrecks and sell the stuff for big cash fast.

weird,i got to workin for the blood dragons and i couldn't detect sigma 17/19 jumphole at sigma 13. version difference?

You have to find the jumpholes before they get shown on the nav map. Look at the patrol paths, in most cases it is easy to infer where things like bases or jumpholes are located once you get close enough to cross a couple of paths.

As T-Hawk said, after mission 4 all jumpholes and gates are available except for some that you can only use after having passed them during the campaign (Dublin jumphole in Leeds, New Berlin jumphole in Sigma-13, etc.). There are also some that seem to be buggy, like the Leeds side of the Cambridge-Leeds jumphole.
