How to advance from lvl 25 to 26

Hello everyone... I am having difficulty in advancing from lvl 25 to 26. The information box that indicates what I would normally need to advance just reads 'mission'

I have fulfiiled over 100+ missions, and my free cash is somewhere around 300,000+, and my value is over $500K

Any help would be appreciated!

Take a mission. Any one will do.

Nah...it's been giving that message for more than 10 missions now, and several systems ago.

In order to change your net worth, try selling and buying a commodity. (it is important that the commodity is over or under the nominal price (red or green marker)). If this doesn't work right away, try selling/buying a weapon, and then do a mission, that usually fixes it.

Careful what you wish... You might just get it.

Have you installed the patch recently?

I have seen many people get stuck on a level after installing the patch. If you have, try re-installing FL. You are givin the choice of deleting your saved games. DON'T. After reinstalling, load your game and then buy a commodity. Get out of the commodity window and then you should level up.

If you haven't loaded the patch then disregard.

I know that several of the level advances are dependant on advancing your self worth, and usually there is a target amount given for the player to aim for. Not in this case, however.

I have not downloaded the patch, but thank you for the heads up!
