the Vampire 3's do 848/424 damage per second at a drain of 252 per second, per gun.

the Sunblast B's do 866/433 damage per second at a drain of 216 per second, per gun.

I would say the Sunblast B's are the most efficient ones. But the Vampire 3's have a longer range so in head on combat, they would be more effective.

Frobozz, are my figures wrong or are your's?

isn't it just damage x fire rate?

It seems like those added another 50% to the fire rate.

I think its Hull + Shield X Rate. Odd, but for comparisons the spreadsheet's useful.
