How DO you kill those guys?

Their Moonstalker missiles killed me in nothing flat even when I was sporting a class 4 Graviton shield!

I'm not sure how it affects your rep but I do know there has been a post on here regarding killing those Navy fighters... after several attemps someone destroyed them and picked up some good weapons in the process... better than ones available to buy at that stage of the game.

They're quite asy, and they drop a turret, Rowlett's Revenge. Class 3 and pretty good for the point of the game.

Doesn't affect your rep. in any way.

If you time it *just* right, you can get the fighters to fire missiles as they're turning. They'll shoot each other, and usually at least one dies. I've never managed to time it right, but my friend showed me the trick twice (to prove it wasn't a fluke), so it is possible. Just make sure to constantly dump countermeasures and have a full load of batteries and 'bots. (It's really not worth it, but it's fun to do for bragging rights)

Yes they are easy to defeat. It doesn't change your rep much, It is already useually high. It will go WAY DOWN in a little bit!
