Order Ship

Where can you get the Order Ship After the Campaign??

Post Wed Jul 02, 2003 10:02 am

You can't... (unless you use a mod)

And if you would have taken some time to read this forum, or used the searchengine, you woud have found that this question has been asked (and answered) about a thousand times before. So please stop making topics like this in the future.

Why would you want the Anubis back after tha campaign? I got the Stiletto, which I think is better, and you can work your way towards the really good VHFs from there.

Every ship is better than the Anubis, Its slow, weak, and sucks for no other reason.
I personally think they could have done so much better on the anubis. And you only get like 800 credits for it when you buy a new ship.

Well, considering you only payed 1,000 for it to start, what's the big deal? The anubis, for it's class, is a very good ship, fast descent armor, and descent guns, and almost as much cargo space as a rhino!

Credit-for-credit, the Anubis is the best ship you can get for such a small amount of cash. Think about it. The Liberty fighters are the base level ships, and THEY cost more! You simply can't get a better deal.

Besides, some people may not want to choose the way of the Eagle/Sabre/Titan. The Anubis is the very first VHF you get your hands on, and I personally think it's the coolest looking. Armed with the right kind of guns, it could still make a name for itself, even out in the border worlds.

Reaper: $200,000,000.
Rockets: $100,000
The look on that pilot's face when you launch a full pod of screamers up his tailpipe: priceless

Of all the freighters in the game the Anubis must be the one most suited for hostile environments. Great for getting rich from loot while adjusting one's rep by massacring Red Hessians.

the anubis is great! though it is annoying that you have 2 pay 4 ships out of your credits alone when you want a better ship

Myself, when I originally beat the game I used the Anubis right up until I bought my Titan, it handled fine in the Border Worlds, with the right weapons...

Same here...but the Titan rules.- Im a corsair at heart

MInes fine too. I like that ship. 6 guns (Death Hands are great IMO) and the turret is forward firing too. Can't knock it. It'll do me whilst I build me level up. Need to get friendly with Lane Hackers though, wnat a Dromedary. Any ideas how to do this? I've massacred Xeno's, but this doesn't appear to be helping...

If it wasn't for the inky blackness of the night you wouldn't appreciate the brilliance of the stars...

I find that a Titan with a few of the secret codenamed weapons (like Thors Hammer etc...) and a decent shield work great in the Border Worlds, and over in the colonies nothing can touch you.

Yep, the Anubis is nice. Only cheap ship I can do the New Berlin-Yanagi run and survive

Or well, I've tried it only with the Anubis and Humpback, the better fighters aren't that good at freighting..

But anyways, something that can successfully escape from 4 Centurions while leaving a base, and 6 Stilettos when exiting a Jump Hole, can't be a crap ship.

gus, are you sure we are talking about the same ship? The Anubis doesn't run from NPC Centurions and Stilettos - it obliterates them.

What it has problems with is swarms of ships that are more agile but do decent damage, e.g. Xenos/GMG Hawks, or heavies like Outcast Sabres (Hessian Sabres are okay in groups less than six).

in the right person and a anubis is a deathly weap, the same is with other ships, like the drake and hammerhead (hammerhead is nothing for me... but for others the perfect fighter)

an eagle can fly anybody, same is with a freighter deu to low turning rate (what i hate, give me agility)

the right person with the right ship and right weapons can do massive damage and escape with no or less damage...

if 1 of those are failing, then your not have the right fighter or weapon...

i can do massive damage with a drake with 1 borroco and 3 pyros (class 5 and 6 weaps) (did 150k missions for outcast and corsair against bounty hunters with it)

ps. knowing your (own) level (not the given) will help you also...

but the anubis... i had that ship once... i must do SP again to say something about it... i don't remember something about it (unless it's a vhf) so it's a decent fighter with in good hands can do a lot... if i remembered something about it it would be good or bad, but nothing exactly (defender interiur and vhf, that's it)

it's a decent fighter, that's it, it's not good, it's not bad, it's with the most just decent...
