IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET FASTER CRUISERS OR AFTERBURNERS?

Where to get faster cruisers or afterburners WITHOUT MODING? Is it possible? If anyone knows please answer

Nope. I personally don't like this fact, but all of the ships in the game travel at the same speed. All ships travel at 300 cruise speed, all ships travel at a max 70 normal speed, and all ships travel at 180 when afterburning. I believe the official reason for this is so that no one would have an unfair advantage, but I think that's <insert profanity here>

Sadly no, but that's why I like the rebalance mod as unbalanced as it may be.
