Has anyone found where the power plant and tractor beam upgrades are sold? Thanks in advance!

I think I remember reading somewhere that they are sold in the Nexus system. Not certain about that though.

The mod i bugged, notice how only Manhatten sells equipment. Hopefully a patch will be released soon.
