Nice! Two small suggestions though.
You should add legend to one of the corners.
Omicron Alpha and Omicron Beta systems aren't part of independent group - they are controlled by the Outcasts, much like Omicron Gamma is controlled my the Corsairs.

hmm ... thanx - yeah, i was wonderin about that - but i'm only jus now exploring those systems ... in my trusty lil Falcon - been around the block a couple times, but haven't seen half of it, i'm sure


for the color coding, though ... i just went off the giant printable map - the wingless version - which rules ... but from there, i had to invert the colors for night vision and scale it down 50% to put it on my older puter (1024x768 max rez) while FL takes up all the new one's attention - thought u guys might get a kick out of it - sorry the jump coords didn't come out totally readable - between compression and resampling, a little resolution was lost - from here, i pass the torch to the next worthy stellar cartographer
